Verified professionals across healthcare, law, finance, coaching, design, engineering, and more. Every professional completes a KYC check — identity, credentials, and a video selfie — before they can take their first booking.
02How much does a call cost?
Each professional sets their own rate per call type and duration. You see the price up-front before you confirm a booking. No surprise add-ons; no subscriptions.
03What happens if my professional doesn't show up?
You're refunded automatically. Our system tracks join states for both parties — if the professional hasn't joined within the grace window, the booking is voided, your money returns to your wallet, and the professional receives a strike on their record.
04Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Paystack and held in an escrow ledger that follows double-entry accounting. We never store your card details. Refunds happen automatically over the same channel.
05Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancel outside the cancellation window for a full refund. Inside the window, a small penalty may apply — the exact rules sit on each professional's profile.
06How do professionals get paid?
When a call ends successfully, the professional's share lands in their in-app wallet. They withdraw to their verified bank account and we settle within minutes.
07Where is Ohlify available?
We're starting in Nigeria with Nigerian payment rails, but the product is built for global use. New countries roll out as we onboard payment partners.
